The Architectural Review Committee receives & reviews submitted "Applications for Approval" on the 1st & 3rd Tuesday of each month only. While the ARC usually provides applicants with approval or disapproval the day of reception & review, this is not a requirement. Please be advised the ARC has 15 days after receipt of the application to provide an applicant with a decision.
